DIY Mermaid Pleat Skirt

I created a totally random skirt I drafted from an inspiration picture someone posted in my group Needles and Fashion.  After two attempts, I was able to get the skirt to look very similar to the original inspiration.  Hope you enjoy, I created a quick Tutorial as well.

Farbic used: Jersey Polyester normally $5.99 per yard was on sale for 40% off at JoAnn's.  I purchased 4 yards.
